CONCENTRATION/SEPARATION DEVICE FOR ORGANIC MATTER AND AQUEOUS MIXED SOLUTION

PURPOSE: To obtain a separated water which meets an effluent standard in a stable fashion. ;CONSTITUTION: This concentration/separation device 1 for organic matters and aqueous mixed solution consists of a cylindrical main device system container 2, a hearting means 3 for heating cooling water contained in the container 2, a rectification means 4 for increasing the moisture component concentration of vapor gasified by heating, a condensation means 5 for producing a reflux water obtained by condensing a part of rectified vapor, and a drain means 6 for draining a separated water. The condensation means 5 is a cooling fan installed above the main device system container 2, and concentrates a part of the vapor rectified by the rectification means 4 on the lower surface of a ceiling plate by blowing air toward the ceiling plate 20 of the main device system container 2. In order to ensure that a condensed liquid droplet drops uniformly to the rectification means 4, the ceiling plate 20 has a protruding part 22 provided inside the ceiling plate 20.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1996,JPO
