JUNCTION SWELLING PART CUTTING DEVICE OF PRESSURE WELDING REINFORCING STEEL MEMBER

PURPOSE: To provide a junction swelling part cutting device of pressure welding reinforcing steel member which can cut the swelling part of both reinforcing steel members after joining, and its pressure welding condition can be observed visually from the outer side. ;CONSTITUTION: A tube body 202 with bottom whose one side end is opened, and a guide slit 202a is formed at the middle part in the axial direction; the first fixing chuck 204 provided at the other side end of the tube body, and projecting in the direction of the part where the guide slit is formed; and the second fixing chuck 205 provided at one side end of the tube body, and projecting in the direction same as the first fixing chuck 204; are provided. Furthermore, a sliding element 203 fitted slidable inside the tube body; a cutting edge support member 201 whose base is supported on the sliding element 203, whose middle part is fitted to the guide slit, and a cutter support member is formed at the front end; and a cutting edge supported by the cutter support member; are also provided.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1996,JPO
