PURPOSE: To provide an adhesive composition useful for processing wood, especially for producing decorative veneer plywoods, not bleeding out on the surface veneer and giving the decorative plywoods not having cracks on the surfaces. ;CONSTITUTION: This composition comprises (A) 100 pts.wt. of an amino resin comprising the cocondensate of a formaldehyde compound with an amino compound, and having a methylol group conversion degree of 10-60% in the whole formaldehyde compound groups and a dimethylene ether bond conversion degree of 2-30%, (B) 100-2000 pts.wt. of a synthetic rubber latex having an average particle diameter of 0.1-0.45μ, preferably 0.15-0.25μ, and (C) 5-100 pts.wt. of an epoxy compound having an epoxy equivalent of 100-1000g/eq.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1996,JPO
