PURPOSE: To obtain reactive liposome in which polyoxyalkylene chains are linked only on the outer surface of liposome by reacting liposome containing phospholipid having amino groups as a film making component with a specified polyoxyalkylene derivative. ;CONSTITUTION: A reactive endoplasmic reticulum useful as various functional liposome or fat emulasion, etc., in which polyoxyalkylene chains having a reactive group expressed by a formula I are linked only on the outer surface of the endoplasmic reticulum through an urethane linkage or an amide linkage with amino groups existing on the outer surface of the reticulum has structure expressed by a formula II. In the formulae, OA is 2-4C oxyalkylene group; (n) is the number of average addition moles of oxyalkylene groups expressed by an integer of 1-1000; X is divalent organic residue; (p) is an integer of 1-6; (q) is 0 or 1, and Lip-NH- is the reticulum containing phospholipid having amino groups as a reticulum making component.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1996,JPO
