PURPOSE: To provide a water-proof cover which prevents the rain drops from coming into the hopper for the direct fertilizer application machine, thus can allow the fertilizer to fall down without its deformation and apply the fertilizer to the seedlings smoothly. ;CONSTITUTION: A string 3 is passed through the water-proof cover 2 and allowed to cover over the fertilizer hopper 1, then the string 3 is tied to fix in a square form.
