PURPOSE: To enable a exciting distribution provided with a linear inclination to be obtained by one time excitation by letting a high frequency magnetic field be provided with two frequency bands furnished with inclinations, setting one frequency band furnished with the inclination in such a way as to be a larmor frequency for magnetization, which is located at a desired position for photographing the head section of a human body. CONSTITUTION: The static magnetic field generating means 202 of the magnetic resonance diagnosis device generates uniform magnetic fields high in intensity, and magnetizes an inspection object 201. An inclined magnetic field generating means 203 is equipped with inclined magnetic field generating means in the three directions of x, y and z, and can generate each inclined magnetic field furnished with a given intensity and a given direction, at a given time. When the inclined magnetic field is applied, the magnetic intensity is changed in response to the position in the direction of the inclined magnetic field, and a larmor frequency for magnetization of the inspection object 201 is changed accompanied by the change of the magnetic field intensity, so that the position of magnetization for the inspection object 201 can thereby be discriminated. A high frequency magnetic field generating means 204 generates high frequency magnetic fields, excites the magnetization of the inspection object 201 while being resonated as required, and so conditions the inspection object that only magnetization satisfying resonance requirements can emit electro magnetic waves.
