HEAVY-DUTY ANTICORROSION POLYETHYLENE COATED STEEL SHEET PILE EXCELLENT IN ADHESIVE DURABILITY, AND MANUFACTURE THEREOF

摘要

PURPOSE: To promote adhesive durability by forming silica additive application type chromate layer, thermosetting epoxy primer layer, adhesive polyethylene layer and outer layer polyethylene layer on the surface of a steel sheet pile. ;CONSTITUTION: After the surface of a steel sheet pile 1 is rustproofed by a shot-blasting to make it coarse, silica additive application type chromate 2 is applied thereto in 100-600gCr/m². Then, a thermosetting epoxy primer layer 3 containing aluminium dihydrogen tripolyphosphate and zinc oxide is formed thereon in thickness of 10-100μm. Then, adhesive polyethylene 4 and outside layer polyethylene 5 are formed thereon in the thickness of 1-3mm.
