PURPOSE: To produce a coated stainless steel plate not causing an iron rust under a formularized environmental condition in a tunnel by specifying a chromium content, a coating film composition, etc., at the time of using a Cr-containing stainless steel plate as a base plate and applying and curing one or more layers of coating films consisting of an oligopolyester (meth)acrylate. ;CONSTITUTION: The stainless steel plate containing ≥13% Cr is used as the base plate. A thermosetting coating film, etc., having ≤65°C Tg (glass transition point) is provided as the lowermost layer, and one or more layers of coating films having a compsn. consisting of the oligopolyester (meth)acrylate as an indispensable constituents are applie thereon, and the layers are cured by an electron beam irradiation, etc., to provided the coating films totally having ≥500MΩ.cm² ion permeation resistance. Moreover, an environment in the tunnel expressed by each of the formulae: 3.0×10^-4×45/{(tunnel width (m))×(tunnel height (m))}×(A)×(B)×{(traffic volume (the number of cars/day))/(frequency of cleaning (the number of times/year))}×365≤300 and (traffic volume (the number of cars/day))×45/{(tunnel width (m))×(tunnel height (m))}×(C)20000 is provided.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1996,JPO
