HIGH-FREQUENCY TRANSFORMER AND HIGH-FREQUENCY REACTOR PROVIDED WITH CONTINUOUS-WINDING COIL OF FOIL CONDUCTOR

PURPOSE: To obtain a high-frequency transformer and a high-frequency reactor which are formed through an easy processing method and lessened in manufacturing cost by a method wherein a ring-shaped continuous winding coil formed of foil conductors of the same shape is formed, and a primary winding formed of the ring-shaped continuous winding coil and secondary windings formed of the ring-shaped continuous winding coil are wound on cores so as to confront each other on a top view. CONSTITUTION: A foil-like conductor is cut into continuous waveforms 1, 2, 3, 4,... which are meandering, equal in shape, and formed like semicircles. The semicircle 2 is bent at a folding line C-D to be laid under the semicircle 1, then the semicircle 3 is bent at a folding line E-F in an opposite direction to be put under the semicircle 2. The above procedure is repeatedly carried out making ring-shaped coils overlap each other to form a continuous winding coil. Two secondary windings and a primary winding composed of the above ring-shaped continuous winding coil respectively are wound on cores so as to confront each other on a top view.
