PURPOSE: To connect a pair of outlets provided in a strainer to corresponding receiving ports by using an inexpensive and highly reliable sealing structure. CONSTITUTION: An outlet 87c provided in a strainer unit 85 is fitted in a receiving port 78c provided in a control unit 73 by attaching an O-ring 89a and the strainer unit 85 is coupled to the control unit 73 by bolts. Then, when the control unit 73 is fixed to a casing 52, another outlet 86c provided in the strainer unit 85 is fitted in a receiving port 57 formed in the casing 57 by attaching the O-ring 89a.
