PURPOSE: To detect humidity with high precision by the use of a capacity type humidity detection element by removing the effects of floating capacity among a temperature detection element, a humidity detection element, and a signal processing circuit through the installation of a close wiring pattern. ;CONSTITUTION: A humidity/temperature detection device and an air-conditioning duct insertion type humidity/temperature transmission device have a first wiring pattern which leads through a humidity detection signal outputted by a capacity type temperature detection element 9, a second wiring pattern including a signal processing circuit which processes and outputs a humidity detection signal, and a third wiring pattern which leads through a temperature detection signal outputted by the temperature detection element 9.
