REGREENING METHOD OF EXISTING VEGETATION SURFACE

PURPOSE: To plan how to enhance the efficiency of regreening by cutting down a ground area of an existing vegetation and then developing a fibrous layer including a binder, such as cement and further developing a growth bed rock layer including a vegetation base material, seed and so forth on the fibrous layer. ;CONSTITUTION: A ground area of an existing vegetation slope surface 11 is cut down where a root 12 is left over. A net made of biodegradable plastics is laid out on the slope surface to which natural mineral fibers or the like including a binder made of cement or polymer resin is sprayed, thereby forming a fibrous layer 13 whose thickness ranges from 2 to 5cm. Furthermore, a vegetation base material including an erosion preventive material a fertilizer and seeds ans so forth is sprayed to the layer 13, thereby forming a growth bed rock layer 14. It is so arranged that the root 12 of existing vegetation is inhibited form being germinated while the root 12 is arranged to decline. At the same time, a new vegetation is adapted to be germinated and grown favorably. This construction makes it possible to regreen, keeping the slope surface in a stabilized state.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1996,JPO
