PURPOSE: To prevent breakage of waterproof presser concrete by installing honeycomb core panels with removable members adhered on them by means of covering a peripheral part of a honeycomb core with a surface plate on both front and back surfaces of the honeycomb core, depositing waterproof presser concrete and forming an expansion joint insertion recessed part on a part from which the honeycomb core panel is removed. ;CONSTITUTION: An installation member 19 is temporarily installed on a honeycomb core panel 4 and it is set on a waterproof layer 9. Thereafter, after the temporarily installed honeycomb core panel 4 is removed from the installation part 19 and cut off, a removable member 3 is adhered and it is returned to an original position. Thereafter, waterproof presser concrete 5 is placed in a section of the honeycomb core panel 4 in which a reinforcing material 11 is set in a grating form. Thereafter, when the removable member 3 is pulled by cutting off a honeycomb core 1 with a surface plate by a cutter after a curing period passes after the waterproof presser concrete 5 is deposited, the honeycomb core panel 4 is removed while breaking down its shape, an expansion joint insertion recessed part is formed on the same part, and the installation member 19 is buried on the bottom as it is installed.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1996,JPO
