PURPOSE: To eliminate such a case where a gas filler is removed in an early stage and replaced with a new one by preventing a flare from reducing to the end at the time of fuel ejection without additional members interposed for suppressing a flow at all positions of an L-shaped liquid feed pipe. CONSTITUTION: A lower swelling bulk 6 of a valve stem 5 is supported facing upward by an upper end of a coil spring 11 inside a housing 9, a lower end of the coil spring 11 is seated on a seat 13 of the coil spring 11 at a lower bottom of the housing 9, and an upper end opening of an L-shaped liquid feed pipe 15 is positioned at the center of the seat 13. Without additional members for suppressing a flow interposed at all positions of the pipe 15, a flare may not be reduced to the end. Thus a gas filler need not be removed in an early stage for replacement with a new one.
