PURPOSE:To grasp the movement of a burglar early and to eliminate need for a burglar sensor by detecting the presence and position of a burglar object with a burglar sensor based on a picture signal outputted from a fixed camera and selecting a watch camera according to the result of detection so as to apply angle control of the camera. CONSTITUTION:A burglar sensor 4 detects a suspected object such as a suspi cious person possibly making invasion before invasion based on a picture signal picked up by a fixed camera 14. Then a relevant invasion object is caught by a monitor camera 15 whose angle (direction) is controlled based on the sensing data and the object is displayed on a monitor television receiver 8 and the monitor camera 15 and the burglar sensor 4 decide whether or not the invasion object makes invasion to a guard area. Thus, a conventional inva sion sensor is not required by having only to extend one set of fixed camera 14 and the movement of the invader is surely and quickly confirmed.
