PURPOSE: To produce a test pattern for a timing check model of the logical simulation and to verify the adequacy of the timing check result. ;CONSTITUTION: A timing check test pattern production part 3 produces a timing check test pattern file 4 and a timing check error information file 5 which describes the timing error contents based on the state of each input pin of a basic logical gate cell and the timing check value. A result analysis part 9 performs the comparison/analysis between the file 5 and a timing check result file 8 storing the result of the logical simulation carried out based on a test pattern.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1996,JPO
