METHOD AND DEVICE FOR SUCTIONALLY TRANSPORTING POWDER/ GRAIN MATERIAL BY UTILIZING PULSATING AIR OSCILLATOR WAVE

PURPOSE: To smooth transporting supply of powder/grain material while preventing blocking, by suctionally transporting the powder/grain into a tank through a material suction pipe connected to a lower part of the tank, while supplying a negative pulsating air oscillatory wave of low frequency to an upper part of the tank. ;CONSTITUTION: A pulsating air oscillatory wave generating device 4, generating a negative pulsating air oscillatory wave of low frequency through a ventilating pipe 3, is connected to an upper part of a closed material storage tank 2, also to connect a material injecting hopper 6 through a material suction pipe 5 to a lower part of the tank 2. Hoppers 12a to 12d of storing granule of different kind are connected to the material injecting hopper 6. The pulsating air oscillation wave generating device 4 is formed by connecting a blower 11 to a rotor valve 9, and by rotating the rotor valve 9 while sucking air by the blower 11, an opening/closing degree of a suction pipe 8 is periodically changed, to generate a negative pulsating air wave.
