PURPOSE:To reduce the noise and vibration supplied from the continuous living space by forming a collective houses by shifting the living spaces having each nearly rectangular form in succession along the longitudinal direction of the living space and forming a blow-by space onto one living space side so as not to be continua to the wall surface of another living space. CONSTITUTION:A pillar 5a' in a living space 2B is installed independently free from the integral formation with a pillar 5f in a living space 2A, and the pillar 5f is constructed integrally with a pillar 5b', and a pillar 5e is constructed integrally with a pillar 5c'. The connection between the living spaces 2A and 2B is of a rahmen structure in the connection between the pillar 5f (5b') and the pillar 5e (5c'). Further, the space in the vicinity which includes the wall 6 in one living space 2A is partitioned by a wall 4, and a blow-by space 1 is formed. Light can be introduced from the wall surface of each partitioned space 1 in the living space 2B (20) and noise and vibration supplied from the contiguous living space can be reduced.
