PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a structure of multiple dwelling houses capable of realizing SI(skelton infilling) while suppressing the floor height and the difference in level between balcony and floor relatively small. ;SOLUTION: In this structure of multiple dwelling houses, the upper end surface of a beam 1 on a balcony 10 side is set higher than the upper surface of a corresponding floor slab 2, and the lower end surface of the beam 1 is set lower than the lower surface of the floor slab 2.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO
