PURPOSE: To provide an advanced home medical welfare management system free from technological gaps and regional gaps by digitizing information, which is required for visitation and medical treatment to a patient being at home, to such state that it can be inputted and outputted by computer operation and presenting the latest information of the patient to persons concerned with home medical treatment. CONSTITUTION: First, a visitor retrieves the guide map to the patient being at home from the computer screen and takes the road width or the like on the map into consideration to select the car operation or the like and acquires the helper's family make-up to recognize caring and mental problems and acquires reference information on counselling. Next, he retrieves the photographed picture of circumstances of dwelling of the patient being at home and selects medical instruments and auxiliary tools. Further, he retrieves the medical treatment record (home medical treatment record), the nursing record (visitation and nursing record), the medication record (record of visitation and guidance for taking medicine), and the diet record (record of visitation and guidance for meal) of the patient being at home to obtain the reference information of the degree of disease, the medical treatment method, the medication guidance method, the nutrition guidance method, etc.
