PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow the system to manage installation equipments with various function with a small space and to confirm simply the state of the installation on a screen to operate the system. ;SOLUTION: A touch panel 14 is combination with a display screen 13 and a display area for a plain drawing, a function button and a building cross sectional drawing is set to a screen. A plain drawing selected by designating a function button and a floor of a building cross sectional drawing on the screen and states of functional installation equipments 22, 23,... are displayed on the screen of the plain drawing with modified icon indication mode and the installation equipments 22, 23,... are set and controlled by operating icons on the screen.
