PURPOSE:To carry an original smoothly and to make outside light difficult to enter an optical system by arranging at the front of a case a rotating drum which carries the original with the original stuck on the surface of a drum body by means of negative pressure. CONSTITUTION:At the front of the case 10, an almost cubic case, is the rotating drum 18 which carries the original with the original stuck on the surface of the drum body by means of the negative pressure. At the rear of the top plate 10b of the case 10 is a camera unit 24 constituted of lens 92, film 77, etc.; and beneath the unit 24 is the optical system composed of mirrors 96 and 98, etc. In this constitution, the original is inserted from an inserting table 26, is stuck in the chamber B of the drum by means of the negative pressure, is peeled in a chamber D, and is ejected from an ejecting table 28. During this period of time, a sensor 76 detects both the front and trailing edges of the original, a shutter 90 is activated, and photographing is ultimately performed. Thus, an original is smoothly carried, and additionally, outside light is made difficult to enter the optical system arranged at the rear side.
