PURPOSE:To crush a falling snow and to prevent snow damage by winding a second spire around a first spire while crossing therewith and providing a gap approximately same as the diameter of the first spire between a wire and the second spire. CONSTITUTION:A first spire 2 is wound around a wire 1 and a second spire 3 having a smaller diameter then the first spire 2 is wound while crossing with the first spire 2. The first spire 2 is wound tightly but the second spire 3 is wound through a gap approximately same as the outer diameter of the first spire 2. Falling of snow is prevented by means of the second spire 3 or crushed into chips through the crevice of the second spire 3.
