PURPOSE:To provide an output device of an order of making strokes of a Chinese character capable of outputting each of the making strokes divisionally and easily even when the sizes or divisional numbers of the Chinese characters are different and of enhancing the working efficiency. CONSTITUTION:Stroke data 6 of each stroke of a Chinese character is stored in a memory section 4 of an output device 1 of an order of making strokes of a Chinese character. When a Chinese character to be outputted and the output style are designated at an input section 2, a control section 3 reads corresponding stroke data 6 from the memory section 4 and processes it along an output processing program 5 to output on a display 7 and to a printer 8. Since the size or divisional number of the character to be outputted is designated by the output style, a manuscript or a film corresponding to each publication can be easily outputted.
