PURPOSE:To use a rotary disc for alignment, cutting and washing in combination, by installing a first drive motor, rotating it at high speed, and a second drive motor, rotating it by a small angle at a time via a friction transfer member, in the rotary disc holding a water by suction force. CONSTITUTION:At times of alignment and cutting, an AC servomotor 26 is made into being unenergized, a pulse motor 38 is energized, a solenoid 39 is made into being unactuated, and a friction driving wheel 35 presses a friction wheel 33 and tiled by a spring 41. The pulse motor 37 is driven by a signal out of an alignment device, a street is indexed so as to become parallel with a reference cutting line, after the street is aligned, it is indexed as far as 90 degrees, a turning angle reading scale 42 is detected by a reading head 43, and a rotary disc 35 is thus indexed in a precistion manner. At the time of washing treatment, the friction driving wheel 35 is separated from the friction wheel 33 by actuation of the solenoid 39, and the rotary disk 20 is rotated at high speed after low speed rotation, thus a water is dried up.
