PURPOSE: To grasp the road state in the whole control area by intensively monitoring parking regulation violating vehicles not only in some limited specific area but also over a wide range without making persons patrol, and controlling them. ;CONSTITUTION: This device consists of plural sensors (detector) 1A to 1N, a timer device 2 which grasps the time when the sensors 1A to 1N operate, a data transmitter 3 which sends a signal showing that the sensors 1A to 1N are in operating and the coordinates of the sensors, a data receiver 4 which receives the signal, a central processor 5 which analyzes the coordinate position of the sensors or transmitter on the basis of the received signal and has previously inputted map information, and a monitor device 6 which displays the information.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1996,JPO
