PURPOSE: To provide the bus right arbitrating circuit with which the bus right request signals of multiple channels are divided into plural channel groups with priority for each channel group and the priority within the respective channel groups can be arbitrated by fixed priority or can be arbitrated by impartial priority as well. ;CONSTITUTION: In the bus right arbitrating circuit that the bus right request signals of 10 channels showing the presence/absence of a bus right request for each channel are divided into two groups according to the entire priority and channels 9-6 of the first group are inputted to a fixed priority arbitrating circuit 10 and channels 5-0 of the second group are inputted to a circulation priority arbitrating circuit 20, the fixed priority arbitrating circuit 10 outputs a bus right permitting signal to the channel having the highest priority among the requested channels according to the fixed priority among the respective channels, and the circulation priority arbitrating circuit 20 outputs a bus right permitting signal to the channel having the highest priority among the requested channels according to the circulation priority of successively circulating the priority among the respective channels.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1996,JPO
