PURPOSE: To automatically output the number and the length of trunks without waste by calculating the number and the length of the trunks required for the inputted plan of a house based on respective pieces of information on the plan of the house, a joint box and a cabinet panel circuit section. CONSTITUTION: An arithmetic part 20 calculates the number and the length of the trunks required for a unit house based on information added to a house plan input part 11 as an input means 10, an electrical appliance input part 12, a joint box input part 13 and a cabinet panel circuit section input part 14, and outputs them to an output means 30. When one unit belongs to the cabinet panel circuit section, the arithmetic part 20 sets the number of the trunks to be one when a cabinet panel is arranged in the unit, sets the number of the trunks to be one when one unit belongs to the cabinet panel circuit section, sets the number of the trunks in the unit to be one when two units belong, sets the number of the trunks in the units on both ends to be one and the number of the trunks in the unit between both the ends to be two when more than three units belong and the units to which connection opposite parties belong are calculated.
