PURPOSE: To obtain a pipe which can endure long-time use by forming a tubular wall of the pipe of a core mainly made of crosslinked-polyolefin, and a surface layer containing thermo-weldable polyolefin resin. CONSTITUTION: Pipes are connected to each other at their ends for preparing a long pipeline passage. The pipes have each a tubular wall composed of at least two layers which are closely integrated with each other. The tubular wall is prepared by forming a core 4 of first material mainly containing crosslinked-polyolefin, and forming one surface layer 5 of second material made of thermoplastic polyolefin resin which is substantially thermo-weldable.
