SELFSUPPORTED SAND ARRESTATION LOCK FORM

PURPOSE: To heighten reliability and construction efficiency by forming the surface in an imitation stone pattern, or integrally connecting a steel support frame to the rear surface of a cross-type front concrete panel where natural stones are embedded. ;CONSTITUTION: An imitation stone 1 is disposed on the surface of a cross-type front concrete panel A or natural stones are embedded. A front inclined piece 4 and a vertical piece 5 are erected from both ends of a base piece 3, and a diagonal member 6 and a horizontal piece 7 are put in the connecting state among the upper pat of the front inclined piece 4, and the lower part and the upper end part of the vertical piece 5 to form a steel support frame B. The steel support frame B is integrally connected to the rear surface of the front concrete panel A through a support metal fitting 2 to form a lock form. At the time of construction, lock forms are installed at required spaces and concrete is placed between confronting paired lock forms to assemble a sand arrestation lock form, and upper and lower and right and left lock forms are connected to each other through the support frame B.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1996,JPO
