BUFFERING METHOD FOR VIBRATARY PILE DRIVER, SHOCK ABSORBER OF VIBRATARY PILE DRIVER AND MANUFACTURE FOR SHOCK ABSORBER

PURPOSE: To improve a shock absorbing rubber used in a shock absorber of a vibratary pile driver to lessen the stress when excessive external force charges and to eliminate the risk that a member to which the lifting force is applied by means of a shock absorbing rubber drops even if the shock absorbing rubber is sheared by excessive external force. ;CONSTITUTION: In the condition where a shock absorbing rubber 7 is not subjected to the external force, a nylon rope 10 is buried between both end surfaces of a rubber column 9, the nylon rope 10 is wound round the outsides of the iron plates 8a, 8b, and both ends thereof are connected to each other to form a ring. When shearing forces F₁, F₂ are applied, some of the force is supported by the nylon rope 10 to lighten the stress of the rubber column 9. Even if the rubber column 9 is broken, the nylon rope 10 receives the force in place of the rubber column so as to prevent a drop accident.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1996,JPO
