PURPOSE:To provide a low cost and improve a convenience in use by a method wherein a control circuit is provided for changing over a second preference state already changed over to a first preference changing-over state when a first setting switch is operated initially after operating an operating switch or when a second setting switch is operated, changing over the first preference state to the second preference state. CONSTITUTION:A micro-computer 8 may turn on an operation switch 63 of a first controller 6 in case that a state is changed over to a second preference state by a changing-over switch 73 arranged in a second controller 7, operate a first setting switch 6 initially, change-over it to a first preference state and then a first setting hot water feeding temperature is preference than a second setting hot water feeding temperature. In case that the micro-computer 8 operates a second setting switch 71, it is changed over to the second preference state and then the second setting hot water feeding-out temperature is preference than the first setting hot water feeding temperature. With such an arrangement, an initialization circuit or the changing-over switch is not needed and a mere operation of the operation switch 63 and the first or the second setting switches 61, 62 enables the state to be changed over between the first preference state and the second preference state.
