Outgoing trunk control control equipment null of functional distributed control system

PURPOSE:To prevent an outgoing trunk from being held in an in-use state by returning an outgoing trunk state memory to a free state unless there is a bus connection request when a call between processors is generated. CONSTITUTION:A control function is decentralized to plural processors 11-13. If a call is generated between processors, an outgoing trunk side processor 12 places the outgoing trunk state memory 15 which controls the state transition of an outgoing trunk 14 in an in-use state and performs the hunt processing of the outgoing trunk 14. An outgoing floating preventing device is equipped with a timer 16 and applied to a function decentralized control system exchange which starts the timer 16 when placing the memory in the in-use state at the time of the hunt processing. Then the memory 15 is placed in a free state unless a start signal such as the bus connection request is sent from an incoming trunk side processor 11 to a trunk side processor 12 within a specific time after the start of the timer.
