METHOD FOR CULTURING FRUIT BODY OF LYOPHYLLUM ULMARIUM

PURPOSE: To provide a method for carrying out artificial culture of a mushroom bed, comprising industrially culturing high-quality fruits body of Lyophyllum ulmarium at a low temperature. CONSTITUTION: This method for culturing a fruit body of Lyophyllum ulmarium comprises including each step of (A) mushroom culturing step for culturing spawn of Lyophyllum ulmarium at 20 deg.C by a medium for carrying out artificial culture on a mushroom bed, (B) an aging step for culturing the resultant mycelium at 13-130 deg.C, (C) a step for culturing the resultant fruit body-generating medium at 10-20 deg.C and 50lux intensity of illumination and (D) a step for culturing the resultant fruit body anlage at 10-20 deg.C and 50-1300lux. A fungi suitable for culture includes e.g. FERM P-14710.
