INJECTION GROUTING MATERIAL AND WATER-STOPPING FOR JOINT OF VERTICAL STEEL PIPE SHEATHING

摘要

PURPOSE: To produce a urethane-based injection grouting material having a specific gravity of ≥1 and resistant to deterioration with time. ;CONSTITUTION: This injection grouting material having an apparent specific gravity of 1.0 and enabling forced injection with a pump is produced by mixing 1 pt.wt. of a urethane polymer liquid in liquid state with 1.0-2.0 pts.wt. of a granular aggregate swellable by water-absorption and a polymerization accelerator of an amount defined by the necessary solidification time. The nozzle suitable for the forced injection of the grouting material is produced by connecting an end of a short pipe 3 to a connection ring 2b (or 2a) of a rotary joint 2 having connection rings 2a, 2b watertightly connected with each other in a relatively rotatable state, forming a flange 4 extending outward in radial direction on the other end of the short pipe 3, protruding a cap- shaped wall 5 from the outer circumference of the flange 4 in the direction opposite to the rotary joint 2, opening a front injection port 7 at the protruding end of the cap-shaped wall 5, opening plural rear injection ports 8 on the flange 4 in such a manner as to be positioned at the skewed position relative to the center axial line of the end pipe 3 and separating from the center axial line according to the separation from the cap-shaped wall 5 and connecting a pressure hose 23 to the other connection ring 2a (or 2b) of the rotary joint 2.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1996,JPO
