PURPOSE: To easily adjust the distribution ratio, by setting the opening degree of an overflow opening from the transferred distance of a movable door body through an operated quantity of a door-driving means. ;CONSTITUTION: In a water-distribution-regulating gate device 30 in which a door body 36 transfers to the right or left against the opening 29 of a weir 24a, The depth of overflowing water over the weir lower edge 34 of the opening 29 can be defined as the water depth (h) up to the water surface on the basis of the height of the weir lower edge 34 fixed and the overflow water depth is decided on the basis of the fixed position. Accordingly, the overflow depth (h) depends on only the water level and when a plurality of dividing adjuster gate devices 30 are installed in one diversion device 20, if the height of the weir lower edge 34 as the base of overflow water depth in the opening 29 of respective weirs 23a-25a is the same figure, the overflow water depth (h) is the same depth in all openings 29. And hence, the dividing ratio is unconditionally decided on the basis of the opening degree of the opening 29. The opening degree of the door body 36 can be directly indicated on an operating base 56 by a meter 54.
