PURPOSE: To obtain an alloy with which the hardness and electric conductivity of a base metal can respectively maintain ranges of HRB 70 to 90, IAC 70 to 90% by forming a fine deposit at the time of an aging heat treatment after a soln. heat treatment of an alloy of a specific compsn. formed by adding a small amt. of Ce and La to a Cu-Cr, Zr alloy. ;CONSTITUTION: This Cu-Cr-Zn-Ce-La alloy consists by weight %, 0.05 to 0.50 Ce+La, ≤0.10 Nd+Pr, 0.20 to 3.00 Cr+Zr and the balance Cu+Ag. For example, a cast ingot of the alloy which consists essentially of Cu contg. or not contg. trace Ag, and is added with Cr and Zr at the ratio described above by taking the target levels of the electric conductivity and hardness into consideration and is added with Ce and La capable of forming deposits like Cu, Ce and CuyLa at the time of a working treatment at the ratio described above is produced. This alloy is subjected to hot working solution heat treatment, cold working, age hardening heat treatment, correcting, and finishing and parts production in this order.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1996,JPO
