PURPOSE: To prevent the deterioration of a structure and to make it possible to simply and surely settle the stopping-up of concrete in a placing pipe by constituting a releasing device of a liftable body equipped with a holding device between the releasing device and placing pipe stored in a housing and a cylinder for moving the liftable body up and down, and controlling the up-and-down motion of the liftable body within a certain range with a stopper. ;CONSTITUTION: When the inside of a placing pipe 20 is stopped up, concrete placing work is interrupted, and a releasing device 10 is mounted to the placing pipe 20. A cylinder 50 is extended to operate, and the placing pipe 20 is pulled out from a housing 30 with reaction force together with a liftable body 40. Impact generated by colliding a weight 41 of the liftable body 40 with the lower surface of a ceiling board 31 is transferred to the placing pipe 20 through the liftable body 40 and a chuck device 60. Then, the cylinder 50 is contracted to operate, and the placing pipe 20 is lowered together with the liftable body 40. The weight 41 is collided with a stopper 33, and the impact generated thereby is transferred to the placing pipe 20 through the liftable body 40 and chuck device 60. Expansion operation of the cylinder 50 is repeated to provide lifting and impact with the placing pipe 20.
