PURPOSE: To increase an output by effectively utilizing a gas pressure also during a stroke from the intermediate point to near the bottom dead center, additionally setting exhaust start timing to near the bottom dead center, so as to decrease waste of energy over the total stroke of a piston. ;CONSTITUTION: A device has a double crankshaft of combining a main crankshaft (fixed crankshaft) 1 having an equal diameter with a connecting crankshaft (floating crankshaft) 2. The main crankshaft 1 is formed into a pair of front/rear two circular shape, to cut a gear in its periphery, and to provide a single output shaft 9 having two gears meshed with these two gears. Many small exhaust holes 11 are provided in a cylinder in the vicinity of a piston head of a piston 4 in a bottom dead center position. In this way, the connecting crankshaft 2 pressed to the left by the piston 4 press turns the main crankshaft 1 in a connecting point to the main crankshaft 1, and when the piston 4 is advanced further to the left, [press turning] is changed into [pull turning].
