The bearing (1) has rolling members (2) provided with a front surface (10) of preset diameter (d) and an outer surface (9) of preset axial width (B), where a bearing cage (4) accommodates the rolling members. The outer surface of the rolling members is rolled off between raceways (7, 8), where the raceways are respectively associated with components (5, 6). The rolling members are designed as rollers (3) e.g. cylindrical rollers, where ratio of width of the rollers to diameter of the rollers is less than or equal to 1. Axial protrusions (12) are integrally formed with the rollers. An independent claim is also included for a crank gear comprising a roller bearing.
