PURPOSE: To stably and continuously obtain a water-in-oil emulsion explosive by fissuring the flow of an immiscible discontinuous phase to form microdroplets in a mixing chamber and having a sufficient amt. of continuous phase components accompanied by these droplets. ;CONSTITUTION: This process for continuously producing the emulsion explosive compsn. described above consists in simultaneously and continuously introducing the discrete fluid liquids of the continuous phase component and the immiscible discontinuous phase component. Namely, the immiscible discontinuous phase component is introduced into the continuous phase component through a turbulence induction device which draws the flow, thereby, the microdroplets of desired sizes are formed at the time of fissuring the flow of the immiscible discontinuous phase and allowing the flow to appear in the mixing chamber. In succession, the turbulence induction device has further the sufficient amt. of the continuous phase components accompanied by these droplets and allow the immiscible discontinuous phase to appear according to the velocity of flow, whereby mixing the continuous phase component and the droplets.
