PURPOSE: To prevent the easy drawing out of a fence member and to automatize the getting in and out of the fence member by using a fence moving means to accommodate the fence member in a vertical hole and to rise the fence member up to fixed height above the vertical hole. ;CONSTITUTION: In the case where a fence member 3 is raised to stand up on a passage, first a geared motor 20 is operated toward an ascending side by an external remote control. Next a screw shaft 22 is risen by a moving threadedly engaging groove 24 threadedly engaged with a screw supporting part 25. The fence member 34 is also risen at the same time for standing up on the passage. In addition, when the outside becomes dark, a light emitting body 19 is automatically or manually light-emitted to prevent a vehicle from colliding. On the other hand, when the fence member 3 is wanted to be accommodated in a vertical hole 2 the geared motor 20 is reversely driven to lower the screw shaft 22, and only a roof part 26 is exposed on the passage.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1994,JPO
