ARTIFICIAL INOCULATING METHOD FOR MYCORRHIZAL FUNGI

摘要

PURPOSE:To stably mycorrhizal fungus without being polluted by microorganisms in soil by inoculating the mycorrhizal fungus in a specific state into soil in which the host plant of the fungus exists. CONSTITUTION:This artificial inculation method is to form a hole in wood ground soil 4 in which the host plant exits so as to inoculate the culturing hypha 3 of mycorrhizal fungus into the soil, form a chemical barrier 1 for germicide around the hole. The culture hypha 3 is artificially inoculated through the happer 2 comprising sterilized soil therein. Thereby, the mycorrhizal fungus can directly be inoculated into the wood ground soil and the chemical barrier natually gradually disappears.
