PURPOSE: To decrease load caused by heat resistance by cooling the opposite side to the road side of an electronic muffler actuator provided near an exhaust pipe by means of air used for air conditioning for the inside of a vehicle. ;CONSTITUTION: In a first cooling device, air for air conditioning for the inside of a vehicle is allowed to flow to an enclosure 5 on the upper side of an electron muffler actuator 10 via a hole of a trunk room 20, so as to cool the enclosure. This enclosure 5 on the upper side is placed on the opposite side to the side near the road, and has a little air flow to be generated by traveling in comparison with the side near the road, but it is cooled by the first cooling device and can disperse radiation heat accumulated on an electronic muffler actuator 10 from an exhaust pipe 1, so as to cool a speaker.
