CONSTITUTION:An oligonucleotide (sequence no. 1-5) to be selectively hybridized with LT gene produced by enterotoxigenic Escherichia coli is prepared and the oligonucleotide is used as a primer in gene amplification to selectively detect only enterotoxigenic Escherichia coli to cause food poisoning symptoms.
