PURPOSE:To improve the quantity of a material to be extruded and to obtain such a low-cost calender roll by making the heat exchanging capacity of a roll circumferential direction uniform in the roll of a roller head extruder having a heating medium passage in the roll. CONSTITUTION:A spirally formed heating medium passage 20 having a roll axial center as a center is formed in the calender rolls 10 of a roller head extruder. In this case, the rolls 10 have an inner roll 14 having a spiral groove 19 formed spirally at the roll axial center as a center on the outer periphery and a sleeve 15 covering the outer periphery of the roll 14. The passage 20 is formed by blocking the opening of the groove 91 on the inner periphery of the sleeve 15.
