摘要

PURPOSE:To economically obtain a clad steel plate excellent in hydrogen release cracking resistance as a hot rolled material. CONSTITUTION:A base material composed of Cr-Mo type steel respectively containing C, Si, Mn, Cr, Mo and Al within specific ranges and further containing either one of or both of V and Nb or containing either one of Ni, Ti and B or two or more of them in addition to V and Nb, a laminating material composed of austenite type stainless steel and an intermediate material composed of Ni are superposed one upon another and subjected to hot rolling to form a clad steel plate whose Ni phase after hot rolling has a thickness of 0.05-0.30mm. The clad steel plate enhanced in hydrogen release cracking resistance to a large extent as compared with conventional padding clad steel is economically obtained by a hot rolling method.
