PURPOSE: To provide a controller of a domestic game machine, which is so small-sized as to be applied to a domestic game machine, can be used simply, is excellent in operability, and enables large stepless operation. CONSTITUTION: A controller of a domestic game machine comprises one grip part 12 which can be gripped in one hand, the other grip part 14 which can be gripped in the other hand, and a rotatably connecting means which connects the above grip parts to each other in such a manner as to be relatively rotated and includes a detecting means for detecting the rotating angle, wherein one grip part 12 and the other grip part 14 are formed in such a manner to be gripped with the palms of both hands opposite to each other, and the rotatably connecting means connects one grip part 12 and the other grip part 14 to each other in such a manner as to be relatively rotated round the axis substantially vertical to the palms when the parts are gripped with both hands.
