摘要

PURPOSE: To improve the method for purifying natural abscisic acid by vacuum- concentrating the solid cultured product extract solution or liquid cultured solution filtrate of a microorganism having an ability to produce the natural abscisic acid, extracting the concentrated solution with ethyl acetate low in its purification efficiency due to the low removal degree of impurities, drying the extract with anhydrous sodium sulfate, concentrating the dried extract and further taking out the crystals of the natural abscisic acid by an ordinary method. ;CONSTITUTION: The method for purifying natural abscisic acid comprises vacuum-concentrating the solid cultured product extract solution or liquid cultured solution filtrate of a microorganism having an ability to produce the natural abscisic acid, treating the concentrated solution with a single or more organic solvents, and subsequently separating the natural abscisic acid by column chromatography using silica gel.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1994,JPO&Japio
