CORE MATERIAL-SUPPLIER IN FISHERY SURIMI PRODUCT-WRAPPING DEVICE

PURPOSE: To provide a method surely supplying core materials to a molding raw material, efficiently performing a molding work and prepering a wrapped fishery SURIMI (ground fish meat) product in a molding machine for a wrapped fishery SURIMI product. ;CONSTITUTION: A core material-supplying belt 6 comprising plural strips and having division pieces 5 individually storing core materials A is installed above a transferring belt 1 of molding raw materials B. A height-controllable receiving board 10 is installed below a guiding board 7 placed along the core material- supplying belt 6 from an end part to a bottom end of the supplying belt. A pushing cylinder 9 for laying the core material A on the molding raw material B is installed in an upper part of the receiving board 10 and a blowing nozzle 11 of air surely falling down the core material A is installed above the board. The core material A is laid on the prescribed position of the molding raw material B without being stuck, hooked or transferred on the molding raw material B.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1996,JPO
